I'm not really a huge fan of flowers, however to me black roses are very pretty and they don't appear to be bad signs or unlucky in any way. ^_^

The other day this Mummy Doode decided to show up.

All weekend long I've been delving into environment sketches.




My coworkers showed me this restaurant and it's one of my favorite places to hangout! It has one of the most artsy-est and attractive interiors I know. ^_^





Lastly, yesterday was a sketch session at the mall. :) The Customer Service ladies looked a little bored, so I wondered if their surroundings could be a little more interesting.

Fish Umbrella!

Finding inspiration in the people around you is always fun! A group of us went drawing on Friday night at a boba shop in the Sawtelle District. The lady behind the counter was yelling out drinks to customers and said something sounding like "Fish Umbrella!" I'm not sure why but this picture reminds me of one of my favorite people in the world-my mom! ^_^
